Uber driver Albert Castro has had some pretty crazy experiences during his three years working for the ridesharing company. One time, the Sacramento, California man had to forcibly stop people from having sex in his backseat. Another time, he had someone pull a gun on him in an attempt to make him get to the destination faster. But, after what happened to him the night of January 19, he may never take another passenger ever again.
Shocking dashcam footage shows that moment that drunk passenger Tswj Vang tried to grab the wheel from Castro, while they were traveling 65 MPH on Highway 90. Castro, who has a wife and eight children, was forced to fight Vang off with one arm until the wasted 32-year-old eventually tired.

"He goes, 'Oh, you're gonna crash.' I'm like, 'No, I'm not gonna crash.' He's like, 'No, no, you're gonna crash,'" Castro told KTXL. "I'm like, 'No.' And he's like, 'Ah,' and he laughs and then drifts away. And then about two seconds later he pops back up, grabs the wheel and yanks it and we fly across two lanes of traffic."
"He goes, 'I love you, brother.' And he lunges for the wheel and grabs and pulls it," Castro recalled. "And it literally was every ounce of strength I had to keep us from...I still don't know how we didn't crash."
Only 20 minutes after sharing footage of the incident on Facebook and claiming that he "almost died," Vang was later arrested and blew a .19 on a breathalyzer test, which is more than twice the legal limit. He faces DUI charges and also has been banned from using the Uber app. That's definitely one way to earn yourself a one-star rating.
