Maybe not.
Back in March 2017, a man faced several charges after police say he hit a motorcycle, knocked its rider off the bike, and left it wedged in his front bumper.

WKRG-TV reported, in its video report on YouTube, that a Jeep rear-ended a motorcycle and knocked the driver off the bike. Police found the car in a nearby driveway with the bike still wedged in his front bumper.
William Pruitt, of Mobile, Al., faced charges of DUI, assault first degree, use and/or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and leaving the scene of an accident with injuries, according to Jalopnik.
