If You Could Meet Any NASCAR Driver, Who Would It Be?

Having been around since 1948, NASCAR has an extremely rich history that is primarily defined by the drivers who have professionally competed in sanctioned events over the years.

From Jim Roper (who won the first ever Cup Series race in 1949 back when it was called NASCAR Strictly Stock) to Brad Keselowski (who won the Brickyard 400 ahead of the 2018 Playoffs) to all the legendary drivers in between, such as Davey Allison, Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt, and Tony Stewart, there are a host of NASCAR drivers, past and present, who almost seem larger than life. Then, there are others who seem like they'd be just like you or me.

Of course, you'd have to meet them in person to really find out what they're like when they're out of the stock car. That's why, in a post on our Facebook page, we asked our Facebook fans which NASCAR drivers they would like to meet. Here's what just a few of them had to say.

Like Richard Petty, Waltrip would definitely have plenty of amazing stories to tell. Take his notorious wreck at the 1991 Pepsi 400, for instance.

Why not just meet both like Kenny "Sunburn Man" Hunt?

Well, that's definitely one way to look at it?
