rally driver poop break

This Rally Driver Stopped by a Family's House for a Mid-Race Poop Break

Have you ever been driving along in your car, not a care in the world, and then, almost out of nowhere, you suddenly have to take a poop? It happens to the best of us, and unfortunately, the opPOOPtunity usually arises in the most inconvenient of times. Like during bumper-to-bumper traffic on a busy highway. Or while driving through an isolated area without any rest stops in sight. Or even while competing in a World Rally Championship race.

Ok, so that last example doesn't typically happen to most people, but it did happen to a rally car driver as he was passing through a neighborhood in Wales. Even though he was in the middle of a heated competition, when you've got to go, you've got to go, and the driver wasted no time in asking one Welsh couple for a serious favor. Luckily for him, they were happy to oblige.

Motorsport photographer Paul Fraikin captured part of the impromptu pit stop on camera, which you can check out below.

Per Jalopnik:

The driver was Pierre-Louis Loubet, and he was driving his Hyundai WRC rally car through a Welsh town transiting presumably between two of the 23 stages of the WRC Championship race when he realized he couldn't take it anymore, and likely had enough of driving while hosting a turtle head.

The 21-year-old driver pulled over by some row houses, parallel parked, and knocked on a door, asking to use the bathroom. The couple accommodated him, thankfully, and you can see one of the house's residents explaining how the driver had to laboriously remove his entire racing suit to complete his task.

Funny stuff, right? This lady's reaction pretty much says it all.

I don't care where Loubet ended up placing, he definitely deserves the MVP award for this stunt. Most Valuable Pooper, that is.
