The demand for gasoline in Texas is extremely high due to Hurricane Harvey, and many oil refineries have also been closed due to the flooding.
The high demand has resulted in a spike in gas prices, and also increasingly long lines at gas stations throughout the state. One driver in Dallas went to fill up at Costco, and the lines were insanely long.
That looked like cars were in line after leaving a huge sporting event.
Gas prices across the country are expected to surge in the next few weeks, but the demand is strongest in Texas.
If you're in Texas and planning to get gas, prepare to pay a ridiculous amount of money AND wait a long time to do so.
