One man. One jet ski. One epic jump. That's all YouTube channel ExtremeATVOffroad really need to say to promote the above video of a jet skier launching over a road. We've seen plenty of ridiculous "full send" moments over the years, but this right here is on another level.
The folks behind the insane stunt were actually the guys over at YouTube channel ostacruiser, and in the original video below, you can get a little bit more of an in-depth look at the planning behind the wild jet ski jump. Hats off to these dudes, they really know how to put on a show!

Pretty freakin' sweet, right? The fact that this stunt was around two years in the making only adds to the incredible payoff. It just goes to show that hard work, dedication, and a little bit of craziness can go a long way in making a seemingly off-the-wall idea into a reality.
Would I ever attempt anything as wild as jumping a Sea-Doo over a stretch of highway? Hell no. As Danny Glover so eloquently says in Lethal Weapon (and I'm paraphrasing here), "I'm too old for that shit." I'll gladly carve up some waves in a PWC for an hour or so, but anything involving ramps, and I'm out.
With that in mind, now is probably as good a time as any to give the ultimate shoutout to ostacruiser and all the other stuntmen and stuntwomen out there who entertain us on a seemingly daily basis with their batshit ridiculous maneuvers. Putting their lives on the line to chase adrenaline rush after adrenaline rush. I'd never try to copy them, but I respect the hell out of them.
