If there's anything to be gleaned from the above road rage incident from out of the United Kingdom, it's this: There's absolutely zero shame in throwing in the towel when you know you're outmatched. As Kenny Rogers famously sings, you've got to "know when to fold 'em, know when to walk away, and know when to run."

After getting completely dropped the first time around, this old timer 100% should've folded. He should've walked away. He should've run. After eating that devastating left hook, the guy should've just calmly headed back to his car and driven home, fully and humbly accepting his fate as the inferior fighter that day. Instead, he ends up going back for seconds and gets dropped a second time, making the weak-kneed stumble back to his car all the more embarrassing and shameful.

As you can see from the footage, even the person who filmed the whole thing tried to help the guy out, laying on the horn after the first knock down to try and break it up. I mean, these dudes were brawling right in the middle of the road. One false move and the guy who ate all those punches could've gone from a road rage combatant to an unfortunate victim of road rage.

If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times: road rage that results in physical violence is never worth it. And this video shows one of the many reasons why. Not only did a guy get completely owned for all of the internet to see, but he also narrowly dodged what could've been a much worse fate.
