America is the land of the free and the home of the trucks, and no one truck is more popular than the Ford F-150. In fact, the F-150 has been America's best selling truck for the last 40 years straight according to Edmunds.com.
Born in response to government regulations in the 70's, the F-150 sadly meant the end of the F-100, but did birth the original monster truck, Bigfoot. So it all worked out. Even Ferrari had to recognize the trucks place in history and change the name of their 150th Italia Formula 1 car to keep from diluting Ford's brand.
