Sometimes, all you need is a simple 30-second video to kickstart your day and get you pumped for a drive. And, if you drive classic American muscle, this is the video to do so.

This video tells a simple story in three clips. First, we see the title screen. Conflict has been established and we now understand the characters in our story: a 1970 Dodge Charger against a stripped-down Honda Civic with a 2.2-liter VTEC engine.

The first scene opens on the Civic, with an unknown person muttering, "Oh my god," as the Honda driver opens the hood. The engine is so fresh, so clean, but it's doubtful that it'll be able to hold up against the Charger in a straight line. The small, lightweight car's advantage definitely lies in the corners.

Thankfully, for everyone here, that doesn't deter the Civic driver from challenging the Charger to a race. Unfortunately for everyone here though, this video is a case study in clips that end too soon. The two cars are sitting at the line, when the green flashes, the cars accelerate, the Charger takes the lead, and euphoria erupts from the chase car. Then the video is done. It's either the shortest race in history, or no one felt the need to keep recording.

According to the video's description, the Charger won the race, and to show that there were no hard feelings, they let the Civic driver ride around for a while and slung a few doughies. Now, that's how all races should end.
