As fantasy sports are booming for most sports, NASCAR's took a big hit at the end of last season when Yahoo announced that they would discontinue their very popular "Fantasy Auto Racing."

There are other options out there for NASCAR fantasy players, like Fox Sports and NASCAR's own game, but those who played Yahoo last year are looking for a new home. NASCAR.com made a move to try to hook those free agent fantasy players by debuting a new fantasy offering.

The new NASCAR Fantasy Live game, "follows the NASCAR official scoring system, allows players to make in-race driver substitutions and features incentives for correctly predicting stage wins, race wins and more," According to NASCAR.com, where you can find more specifics about the new game.

The new game looks to maximize the impact of stage racing, which still splits allegiances with fans mostly opposed while many drivers and NASCAR officials support the format.
