This special edition Charger is loud in every sense of the word

The Dodge Charger is a fast car. The Dodge Charger can be a loud car. But merely fast and occasionally loud was not enough for the Dodge Charger Daytona 392. If the Dodge Charger is reserved and polite, the Daytona more closely resembles someone who has delved into dubstep and rave culture and can't wait to tell you about his "vape plume."

That's not to say this isn't a sweet car. The 6.4 liter V8 with 485 HP is incredible. It has a fair amount of get up and go with a 0-60 speed of 4.8 seconds. But the loud paint scrolling across the hood announcing the presence of a HEMI and the bright colors just seem like a little too much on a car that's already a statement piece.

If your ideal car is one that constantly screams into the void, refusing to acknowledge the presence of sleeping neighbors or a slightly judgmental boss, the 395 might be your ideal steel chariot. But if you don't necessarily need to announce your presence to the surrounding city with a throaty roar and bright flash of color every time you start your car, then maybe consider going for another, more understated performance car.

Even if you do shy away from the Charger Daytona 392, chances are that a little piece of your inner child is still going to be begging to own it.
