Lamborghini's ambitious new effort, the Centenario features a naturally air-cooled V12, producing 770 hp and harnesses an on-ramp time of 2.8 seconds. They estimate it will reach about 180 miles per hour in 23.5 seconds with a top speed of approximately 220 mph. And what's more is the entire vehicle, body, doors, interior paneling, exterior trims, and monocoque are all purportedly made from carbon fiber material. Futuristic and fearsome, the Centenario is definitely something to keep your eye on.
