"Folk racing" as it's termed in Sweden is a very unique sort of racing league. Anyone can join, so long as they outfit their best junked up Saab or Volvo with a roll-cage and modify the engine enough to give competitors a run for their money. The racers themselves are unflappably nice fellows when their walking through the paddocks and chatting each other up before the race, but all of them talk about "the devil" coming out of them when they hit the track because everyone lets loose and holds nothing back. This isn't a "rubbing is racing" kind of thing. This is "hit the guy next to you hard and get him out of your way" racing.
