Two NASCAR Cup Series teams are returning from the off-week with new schemes for Talladega Superspeedway.
Legacy Motor Club announced that John Hunter Nemechek will have a special Jack Link's scheme this weekend as part of a partnership with Dollar Tree. RFK Racing announced that Ryan Preece will have a Celsius scheme as part of a partnership with Kroger.
Nemechek's No. 42 Toyota Camry XSE will feature a black-and-red plaid base with logos for Dollar Tree and Jack Link's. The Sasquatch mascot, who will be on-site this weekend, will have prominent placement on the hood of the No. 42 Toyota.

Jack Link's is also the entitlement sponsor of Sunday's Cup Series race at Talladega.
"I am looking forward to piloting the plaid No. 42 Jack Link's Toyota Camry XSE," Nemechek said in a statement. "Hopefully, we can put Sasquatch out front of the field and let his hair blow in the wind!"
Preece's No. 60 Ford Mustang Dark Horse will have a white and orange design bearing similarities to other Celsius schemes in the three national NASCAR series. This version, however, will feature Kroger logos on the hood and sides.
Instead of the standard orange Celsius can on both sides, the No. 60 will feature the Sparkling Orangesicle flavor from the Essentials line on the driver side.

Nemechek and Preece will put these schemes on display while pursuing their first Cup Series wins. Both drivers have made multiple starts at Talladega Superspeedway while posting top-10 finishes.
Nemechek's best finish at Talladega was eighth. He posted this mark in both races at the track in 2020 while driving for Front Row Motorsports. He will aim to surpass this while showcasing the plaid scheme.
Preece has three top-10 finishes at Talladega in his Cup Series career. He crossed the line third in the 2019 spring race while driving for JTG Daugherty Racing. He then finished 10th in the 2020 playoff race. Preece finished eighth in the 2023 playoff race while driving for Stewart-Haas Racing.
