NASCAR weekend schedule at Texas Motor Speedway

The three national NASCAR series are in action this weekend for the lone trip to Texas Motor Speedway this season.

Craftsman Truck Series teams will take on the 1.5-mile track on Friday while returning from an off-week. Xfinity Series teams will continue the season with a Saturday afternoon race. Cup Series teams will close out the weekend with a Sunday afternoon race.

Texas Motor Speedway previously hosted two points-paying Cup races each season, but this changed in 2021. The track hosted one points-paying race and the All-Star Race. The track continued this trend in 2022 before dropping to only one race in 2023 and beyond.
