Kyle Petty Charity Ride returns for 2025 with new route

The Kyle Petty Charity Ride returns for 2025 as the former NASCAR driver and hundreds of motorcycle riders raise money for Victory Junction, a camp dedicated to providing life-changing camping experiences for children with chronic and serious medical illnesses.

According to the press release, this year's ride ditches the Southwest and heads to a new route. Petty and 225 riders will travel across seven states, starting with Michigan. They will make stops in Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia while celebrating the Charity Ride's 29th anniversary.

The trip will include visits to Watkins Glen International, the Henry Ford Museum, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Like past iterations, the Kyle Petty Charity Ride will feature several special guests from all walks of life. The list includes Richard Petty, Hershel McGriff, Max Papis, Ken Schrader, Kenny Wallace, Herschel Walker, Rick Allen, and Rutledge Wood.

Additionally, Bill Davidson, great-grandson of Harley Davidson co-founder William A. Davidson, will join the ride. Harley Davidson is one of the many companies supporting the Charity Ride.

"We had so much fun visiting legendary American landmarks in 2024, that we decided to incorporate a few more on this year's Ride," Petty said in a press release. "We spent so many of our early years on the Ride riding past these places, but now it's time for us to stop and enjoy them.

"We're excited to deliver a special route full of incredible experiences and scenery, like visiting Niagara Falls and riding beautiful northeastern roads. And the best part of all? Knowing that each mile we travel helps put smiles on the faces of the kids at Victory Junction."
