Kyle Busch is parting with one of his North Carolina properties. He and his family have listed their $4.5 million barndominium estate with real estate agent Josh Tucker.
According to the Zillow listing, this custom property was built in Cleveland, North Carolina, in 2020. This is north of Mooresville, where Busch's Truck Series team previously resided. It has four bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half-baths.
The property includes 35 acres of land, an underground garage, and private fuel storage. It features a heated "resort-style saltwater pool," a private bar/club, and "expansive off-road terrain" perfectly suited for ATVs and UTVs. Busch's land also has amenities that make it suitable for an equestrian property.
The barndominium even includes a basketball court, a rock climbing wall with hanging ropes, and a space with a workbench for tinkering on off-road toys. It features a sauna for those who incorporate it into their daily routine.

We love this piece of land and the amazing barndominium but right now we just don’t have enough time to spend there. We can’t wait for someone to love it as much as we have!

"We love this piece of land and the amazing barndominium, but right now we just don't have enough time to spend there," Busch posted on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. "We can't wait for someone to love it as much as we have!"
According to the listing, the property also includes two separate living quarters. Each has its own fully-equipped kitchen with dining areas.
Why would the Busches part with an expansive property built for fun? They likely have numerous reasons, but a simple one to find is the number of responsibilities throughout the week for the growing family.
As Busch has acknowledged in the past, his life has changed in recent years. His NASCAR schedule is already packed with events spanning the majority of the year, but he and wife Samantha are also supporting Brexton's racing career. Daughter Lennix also completed her first laps around the Millbridge dirt track in North Carolina, so more racing could be in the family's future.
