Kyle Busch was not happy, not one bit.
During his win at the UNOH 200 at Bristol Motor Speedway on Wednesday, but took a penalty for entering the pit too fast -- and that made the 32-year-old unhappy, to say the least.
When asked if he mas mad, Busch was quoted on NASCAR.com as saying: "I guess I was tonight. Certainly I knew they weren't picking on me but, you know, it was 35.01 (mph) so it was right there, right on the limit and was frustrating for sure."
The maximum speed to enter the pit at Bristol has been set at 30 miles per hour, but drivers know they can fudge a bit and push that to 34.99 MPH. Bush was just over that threshold, and the penalty forced him to the back of the pack.
Using anger as his inner fuel, Busch came roaring back for his fifth Bristol Truck Series win, third ,third NASCAR Camping World Truck Series win of the year and 49th of his career.
If anger motivates you, why not? If he wants to get really mad, maybe he can just think about his ongoing feud with Brad Keselowski.
