Dale Earnhardt Jr. has a surprising take on the Kyle Busch-Brad Keselowski feud

Kyle Busch and Brad Keselowski have been at each others' throat for a while now. Busch went on a profanity-laced tirade against Kes following Watkins Glen, then called him a "moron" when Kes made the Toyota sandbagging claims.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. has been watching -- and he thinks it's "great."

"The great thing about (the feud) is that it doesn't involve the Chevy guys, so we can fly under the radar, hopefully find the speed we need as a manufacturer to be able to go up there and compete with these guys," Earnhardt said on "The Dale Jr. Download" podcast, and as reported by NESN. "Obviously, Larson wins the race in a Chevy, but aside from Larson we really didn't have too many cars running up front."

So Dale wasn't the attention diverted from Chevy cars to find an edge. Smart thinking. Let Larson and Kes slug it out, while everyone else lurks in the background.
