Oh man.

These motocross guys sure suffer their share of nasty injuries.

Take poor Ken Roczen, the two-time AMA 450 Motocross champion. He took to Instagram to show his battered body, which includes a broken hand.

Just want to forget about this weekend. Surgery on Friday on my hand. Will give an update as soon as i get a ct scan. Dunlop tires hook up great! Might be able to be back pretty quick. Will know more soon.

The wreck happened at the Supercross race in San Diego, when Roczen was battling with Cooper Web. The riders collided, and when they both went down, Roczen's arm got caught between the swing arm and the rear tire.

Roczen's jersey was torn and he was in obvious pain.

But he said, on Instagram, that he also hopes to be back quickly. Let's hope so. It took Roczen 11 months to recover from one of his earlier, nasty injuries.
