The NASCAR season has been one of turmoil for riders, as accomplished drivers such as Kurt Busch, Matt Kenseth and Kasey Kahne looking for 2018 rides, and Danica Patrick -- less accomplished, but tremendously popular -- possible on her way out too.
Now, add another name to the growing list of drivers who may needs a ride.

While RPM has said it wants to field @BubbaWallace in a second car, sources said that it's possible that Wallace could end up in the No. 43.

The No. 43 for Ford Fusion for Richard Petty Motorsports currently belongs to the 33-year-old Almirola. Wallace subbed for Almirola for four races this season, and RPM was so impressed it's been looking for a second sponsor so it can run both Wallace and Almirola.
NESN Fuel also raised the possibility that RPM may not be strongly wedded to continuing its relationship with Almirola.
