Stone Cold Steve Austin is a pop culture icon. The veteran wrestler dominated the late '90s and early 2000s as wrestling increased in popularity in America. Steve's done it all. And, even though they were all identical, let's be honest, Stone Cold had the best WWE ice cream bar. It's only natural that a celebrity of his magnitude would be recruited for his own TV series.

Stone Cold's departure from the ring wasn't the end of his stardom. The ex-wrestler's toughness makes for entertainment gold. Check out the clip below for Steve's stone-cold prank on Impractical Jokers star Sal Vulcano from his TV series Straight Up Steve Austin.

Steve lives up to his reputation of being a hardcore American badass. In an interview reflecting on the severity of his past wrestling injuries, Steve claimed that the ring was as good a place to die as anywhere. Stone Cold has put his life on the line to entertain crowds on multiple occasions. That's why this clip is not surprising to Stone Cold Steve Austin fans in the slightest. This fella has been wild since the '90s.

Sal Vulcano's reaction is priceless. Sal is quite the prankster himself, but he was not prepared for what was about to happen. If the vehicle they were inside was a normal vehicle, driving straight into the water at full speed would be insane. After a few moments of leaving Sal with his mouth hanging open, Stone Cold revealed the details of the gag.

The vehicle was a Panther Water Car. Only 100 of the vehicles were ever produced, and the two stars happened to be in number 12 of 100. As soon as the vehicle hit the water, Stone Cold Steve Austin retracted the wheels and switched to boat mode. That's when the impeller took over for the Acura 3.7L motor. Steve effortlessly steered the vehicle into deeper water while Sal lost his mind. Riding around with this wrestling legend is cool enough, but cruising around with him in a Panther Water Car? Legendary.
