So maybe the 5,000 HP thing is a bit of a reach, but for a while, people have been doubting the validity and existence of the infamous Devel Sixteen. Well, someone has actually snagged some footage of it in the wild! Seen near Dubai Beach, this odd looking and definitely hand built car may not boast the 5,000 HP it's creator claims, but it certainly sounds pretty damn powerful!
