A group of pranksters trolled the street corners near a popular beach to see if anyone needed any Coke. Turns out they were just waiting for some concerned citizen to tell the local 50 so they could play one epic time wasting prank. When the officers arrive these kids put on one hell of a show, complete with a nervous rat. The cuffs go one and the cops search the car for a few minutes before the big reveal. One officer went so far as to call this prank 'GENIUS.'
