If Dale Earnhardt Jr ever decides he misses racing too much, and his wife approves, he knows exactly how to get into the race.
"William Bonney, that was Billy the Kids' name. That's what I used at hotels," Junior said.
Sneaking in under Billy the Kid's name? That's so crazy it might just work. Though he would probably need a disguise too. Though Junior doesn't think it will come to that.
"I doubt I would even try it," He said. "I think I just would come on in there and race and I wouldn't really have any reason to hide, I suppose."
Earnhardt said what he knows he is going to miss is signing autographs and just the atmosphere in general, saying:
"That's going to probably be very hard to quit cold turkey."
