A Jonesboro, AR police officer had arrested this 19-year-old man when something completely crazy happened. The perp in the back was able to get out of his handcuffs. He then pulled a lighter from his pocket and began trying to set fire to the back of the police car! That's when the cop behind the wheel must have gotten distracted because he wound up wrecking and the crash sent the perpetrator completely out of the rear window. While they had to go to the hospital for their wounds, both the officer and the perp survived the crash with minimal harm.
