In Eagle Point, Oregon, Cowboy Robert Borba saw a crime go down and took action...on a horse...with a lasso. He was in a Wal-Mart parking lot when someone screamed about a thief making off with their bike. Robert took off, lasso in hand, and threw it around him like he would any other steer before calling the cops. You can't make this up!
