State Troopers came across this car driving erratically on the highway when they had to stop her. Through the course of the pursuit the driver starts attempting circles and driving the wrong way down the high way! Eventually the troopers are forced to perform a PIT maneuver. Then, despite the very small size of the woman driving, it takes several officers to hold her in place and calm her down as she continues to go crazy!
