The Russian youth organization called Stop a Douchebag is getting to be fairly well known. Now as the stop cars for driving on the sidewalk and various other offenses, those drives are calling them out and then acquiescing to the actual rules of the road. This episode is particularly funny as they encounter one, rather large fellow, who climbs out of his car calling himself the Hulk - which, given his size, you'd think he'd consider an insult. He relents but they also catch a service truck driving on the side walk following a street sweeper which refuses to stop for them, so naturally, it gets a sticker. What's even funnier is the "Call Number to report unsafe driving" tag the truck has on the back.
