The Stop a Douchebag group out of Russian is pretty well known these days, especially in Russia! Basically they hang out on sidewalks where drivers are known to treat like roads because the traffic is horrible and they're impatient. The group stops these drivers on the sidewalk and they then plaster the car with giant stickers that proclaim how they're inconsiderate drivers who put others at risk.
This time they've got the police involved!
