Over in Russia there's a rash of people who routinely disobey traffic laws and drive wherever they damn well please during rush hour, including the sidewalks! These people are making it their work to roadblock these dangerous drivers, forcing them to return to drive on actual roads. When they don't comply, well, they get wallpapered in giant stickers!
