After the kid he's screaming at crossed the in the crosswalk during the walk signal, the screaming man claims the kid walked across prematurely, causing him to swerve his big yellow Jeep. Thankfully the motorcyclist filmed the entire incident and got this guy screaming for no reason other than he "was in shock."
