The 24-year-old couldn't believe his eyes when he walked outside 5 minutes after starting his car to find a civil citation staring him in the face. He posted an image of the ticket along with a special message on Facebook, "Let's all take a moment to thank officer dipshit K. Keary for wasting the taxpayer's money and giving me a ticket for warming up my car in my own damn driveway."
