Remember SpyHunter? The old-school arcade game where you drove a superpowered, gadget-laden James Bond-like car which shot smokescreens and oil slicks and caltrop spikes out at the baddies who were chasing you? This Lithuanian police chase unfolded much the same way as the pursuing officer gets blinded behind the suspect's vehicle which is throwing up tons of smoke. While it may look purposeful, it's most assuredly because his engine exploded, as evidenced by the fact that the chase slows considerably from that point. But even crazier is that this guy had caltrops (little angular spikes) and threw them from his car at the police officer's vehicle. The officer eventually wrecked the suspect into a guard rail, but that chase was something to see.
