Major Mike Overbey of the Butts County Sherrif's department was featured in a CourtTV show a few years ago. He's known across the county and all of GA highways as an expert of the PIT maneuver. In this clip he's chasing after a felon who's driving in excess of 100 MPH. Overbey waits until he's got the clear road then goes for the text book PIT.
