Cop "Accidentally" Shoots Motorcyclist Twice

Everyone knows it, yet no one will say it: cops are trigger-happy. This Minneapolis-St.Paul officer blamed "muscle memory" from his target training twenty days prior for the reason he discharged his service weapon on this unsuspecting motorcyclist. According to the officer, the motorcyclist was attempting to flee the scene, but the facts of the video are disturbing. The officer exits his patrol car, then immediately fires twice upon the motorist. The expletives he shouts do indicate that it seemed to be accidental, but whether or not it was intentional, someone got shot who didn't deserve it. Thankfully, the motorcyclist survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
