Citizen justice has a tendency to look pretty silly in hindsight or at its worse, go horribly, horribly wrong. This activist pulls over a cop who is in a completely unmarked car, and then proceeds to educate the officer on the finer points of Washington State's registration statutes on police in unmarked vehicles. What's even better is he lets the guy off with a warning!
