The mysterious "Ghost Car" of Garden City, NY has been the subject of a few investigations. Could the car have jumped the 6-foot fence if there were a ramp in front of it? What if the bottom of the fence were unsecured? Could it just lift up like a doggie door, then drop back into place? After watching the video (more than once), we are left with more questions than answers.
