This dog loving cop was called to respond to a puppy locked in a hot car and apparentyl in distress. After quickly getting the go ahead from his supervisor, the cop gets the puppy out of the car and cooled down.
The scumbag owners don't seem to care very much and are more annoyed that their dog is being taken away since they "paid 3 grand for it". Hopefully with this video evidence this puppy will never be returned to them.
