An 11-year-old kid stole a contractor's cement truck in the city of Dodge Center, Minnesota and led police on an hour long chase around the city before coming to a stop. During this "rampage" he hit two police cars and damaged the road when he blew a tire and kept driving. Onlookers claimed the kid was waving and enjoying himself as people came outside to watch the show. There isn't a lot of footage of the event but someone managed to capture him driving past their house.
