We all know that drivers tests are a joke. The kinds of knuckleheads that still get their license is a testament to how useless they can be. These Brits may have a few different requirements on their test but, judging by this video, they also find the test to be inadequate for the real world.
They touch on a few of our pet peeves, like people not accelerating to highway speeds before merging and being so focused on the speedometer that situational awareness is compromised. The handbrake at every stop thing is thankfully only taught in the UK, or you know you would experience that forgotten-e-brake smell coming from the car in front of you on every drive.
