Police in Spain have cracked down on a ring of counterfeiters, but instead of funny money these crooks were cranking out fake supercars. Built like Ferraris and Lamborghinis, these cheap knockoffs were little more than everyday cars with special body mods and luxury interiors. Three people were arrested in Girona, Spain and 14 vehicles were seized and destroyed. In addition to fake cars, police also found a marijuana farm on site where the fraudulent vehicles were manufactured. Police told reporters that they were able to find the counterfeiters after following a string of websites offering "used" supercars for sale.
