Things tend to fall off trucks all the time. Hopefully, they aren't massive objects capable of doing extreme damage but every once in a while something really huge falls off. These enormous spools of cable are incredibly heavy and, as you can see, this one is a huge threat since it someone managed to fall on its side and continue to roll down the road.
