The Mad Max Interceptor is one of the most iconic vehicles from the 1970s. Gearheads around the world fell in love with George Miller's post-apocalyptic wasteland filled with more muscle cars than most films could handle. Before the desert overtook the world of The Road Warrior, there was Mad Max and most of the cars still looked pretty pristine. The V-8 Pursuit Special Interceptor used by MFP Officer "Mad" Max Rockatasky was a modified 1972 Australian Ford Falcon. 50-year-old Dale Walter spent five years of his life and a grand total of $125,000 to make his dream car come true.
