Auto mechanic, Rick Sullivan, took six months, $6,000, and a boatload of spare parts to create this unique conversion. It's a '91 Ford Ranger with a '95 F-150 body on top. Rick got the idea after driving past an overturned truck on the side of the road and wanted to replicate it as an actual working truck.
