See this guy right here? He's in pretty serious trouble. He's already stolen the first car, that red SUV, and is on the run from the police. The car even has a small child in the back seat! Realizing he'll only get in even more trouble with a hostage he blocks this SUV and proceeds to jack it like he's in GTA.
He tries to get another vehicle as if it would somehow help him but all he does is run into other cars creating massive property damage in the wake of his "escape."
After grabbing a THIRD car his rampage finally comes to an end when he can't even make it over a fence.
