Montreal, Quebec was just hit by its first significant snowfall of the year and you would think a country known for its snowy winters would be ready for something so minor. As these university students witnessed and recorded for all to see, even the snowplows of Montreal were not quite up to the task of weathering the snow "storm" as the roads iced over and all around the city. You can't help but laugh and cringe at the same time as things go from bad to worse at the bottom of this hill outside the National Bank.
