Construction and traffic don't mix well, but this is ridiculous. A semi loaded down with some heavy duty pipe is ready to unload at the construction site when something goes wrong. One pipe breaks free and jack-legs into traffic. Almost as if the accident was a divine game of billiards, the "cue" launches the object "ball" directly into a telephone pole. Luckily no one was badly hurt, but the insurance claim is going to be interesting.
