Is it a hit and run if you stand the thing back up after you hit it? That's got to be the question going through this truck driver's mind after he completely flattens a fire hydrant. Apparently every movie in history has lied to us since there should be a geyser of water spraying out of the ground. After demolishing the fire hydrant the driver gets out, "fixes it," and goes on about his day. Maybe he called it in, but there's no way to know. What would you have done?
