Sometimes people just don't pay attention. After a car blew a bunch of oil on this sharp turn at Germany's famous Nürburgring test track, everyone tried to flag down racers and tell them to slow way down and avoid the oil. Unfortunately, car after car did not head their warning nor the yellow flag flapping away and paid the price for their obliviousness.
